Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients in a welcoming and professional manner
  • Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and organize the clinic’s calendar
  • Provide information about wellness services and programs offered at the clinic
  • Assist with client check-ins, including form completion and updating records
  • Ensure the reception and waiting areas are clean and inviting
  • Handle billing, payment processing, and insurance verification as needed
  • Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure smooth operation and enhance client experience
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist in a wellness clinic or similar environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with appointment scheduling and managing calendars
  • Proficient with computer software and electronic health records
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
