Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Manager to lead and manage our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a motivated team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide actionable insights to the team.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and implement initiatives to boost sales.

Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise retail staff.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment.

Customer Experience:

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, well-organized, and welcoming store environment.

Inventory and Merchandising:

  • Oversee inventory management to ensure stock availability.
  • Coordinate with the merchandising team to optimize product displays and promotions.
  • Conduct regular stock takes and manage stock levels efficiently.

Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee daily operations, including cash handling, reporting, and store maintenance.
  • Implement and monitor store security measures.

Market Analysis:

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Develop strategies to stay competitive and enhance market share.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Retail Sales Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent sales and customer service abilities.
  • Proficient in using retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
