Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:

Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise retail staff.

- Maintain a clean, well-organized, and welcoming store environment.
Inventory and Merchandising:

- Conduct regular stock takes and manage stock levels efficiently.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Oversee daily operations, including cash handling, reporting, and store maintenance.

Market Analysis:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Develop strategies to stay competitive and enhance market share.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Retail Sales Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service abilities.
- Proficient in using retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
