Duties & Responsibilities
- Supporting the team in conducting recruitment processes (from intern to superhero)
- Handling employee benefits and being open to implementing more!
- Taking care of the internal circulation of HR and accounting documents
- Entering and describing invoices in the system
- Collaboration with the HR, payroll and legal departments
- Ensuring the correctness and completeness of data in HR systems
- Building a positive image of the company and good relations with internal and external clients by maintaining the highest standards of service
- Supporting authentic EB activities and commitment to building employee well-being
Job Experience
- Knowledge of HR work tools, e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter or Recruiter
- Interest in psychology, technology and the creative industry
- Great organization and flexibility in one
- Attitude towards finding solutions and optimization, as well as initiative in action
- Personal culture and ease of speaking and creating content
- Experience in performing at least some of the listed duties
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of English at least at B2 level
