Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supporting the team in conducting recruitment processes (from intern to superhero)
  • Handling employee benefits and being open to implementing more!
  • Taking care of the internal circulation of HR and accounting documents
  • Entering and describing invoices in the system
  • Collaboration with the HR, payroll and legal departments
  • Ensuring the correctness and completeness of data in HR systems
  • Building a positive image of the company and good relations with internal and external clients by maintaining the highest standards of service
  • Supporting authentic EB activities and commitment to building employee well-being

Job Experience

  • Knowledge of HR work tools, e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter or Recruiter
  • Interest in psychology, technology and the creative industry
  • Great organization and flexibility in one
  • Attitude towards finding solutions and optimization, as well as initiative in action
  • Personal culture and ease of speaking and creating content
  • Experience in performing at least some of the listed duties
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of English at least at B2 level
