Duties & Responsibilities

• Organize and control operations in the bar service.
• Dispatch the requested drinks to serve orders in the dining room.
• Prepare hot and cold drinks according to the dining room orders.
• Order supplies to begin work at the bar
• Leave the bar in order for the next turn.
• Prepare the respective report for the next shift.

Job Experience

6 months experience.

– Restaurant experience (desirable)

– Availability to work rotating schedules (opening/closing)
