Duties & Responsibilities

• Entering information into the Free Hand loads system.
• Notification of cargo arrival to customers.
• Sending arrival notices
• Sent the breakdown to the warehouse for its respective Customs transmission.
• Sending flyers, inventory forms, photos and pre-settlements of the loads that enter ALFOSAC warehouses.
• Check the correct registration of tags on the warehouse web portal.

Job Experience

• Bachelor’s degree and/or graduate in International Business and/or Foreign Trade.
• Basic English

Requirements :

• Minimum of 1 year experience in the position.
