Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic automotive team in Dubai. In this onsite role, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions across multiple platforms, including phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media. You will play a vital role in supporting sales operations by executing marketing campaigns designed to enhance customer retention, loyalty, and acquisition.Your analytical skills will be essential in monitoring customer data, evaluating lead quality, and tracking walk-ins and phone inquiries. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining optimal customer satisfaction by addressing complaints, implementing effective resolutions, and managing the company’s social media presence.
Responsibilities

  • Sales & After-Sales Coordination
  • Greet walk-in customers, gather essential contact information, and guide them to sales executives.
  • Coordinate vehicle preparation for delivery, providing thorough customer briefings on essential features.
  • Ensure proper processing of warranty registrations and manage ownership changes with precise documentation.
  • Oversee document management related to Vehicle Change Certificates (VCC) and communicate effectively with customers about the status.
  • Management of Essential Documentation
  • Handle refund requests efficiently, submitting completed packages to finance while maintaining strong relational feedback with customers and internal teams.
  • Coordinate bank loan and financing documents, acting as the vital link between sales, finance, and loan officers.
  • Administer rental and demo ride documentation while ensuring complete understanding of terms by clients.
  • Liaison Tasks with RTA
  • Facilitate new vehicle registration, export certificates, and the addition of new models by liaising with relevant colleagues.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Manage and send targeted broadcast messages via WhatsApp and monitor social media interactions.
  • Ensure quality feedback and marketing CRM management by rapid-response follow-ups and detailed reporting.
