Primary Job Purpose:
Assist with the preparation of Tender, RFI, PQQ documents and registration management in support of all divisions with particular focus on bids, tenders with all major customers, entities and the authorities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Read and analyze the client’s documents to ensure the responses prepared implicitly address the queries/requests raised.
- Assist in the development and delivery of all bids ensuring pre-qualification questionnaires and all tender documentation are completed.
- Coordinate with the sales team for enquiries.
- File management of master RFI, EOI, PQQ and all related bid documents.
- Process Company e-registration (new/renewal/update) through Portal
- Maintain and update Vendor/e-registration database.
- Ensure good relations are maintained with all members of staff at all levels.
- Maintain updated customer records on Salesforce including:
- Contracts (including expiration dates)
- Key client contact details
- Keep track of tenders and proposals submitted on Salesforce
- Perform other duties as requested by the Senior Sales Manager
