Job Description:

As the Marketing Manager, you will spearhead our marketing strategies, enhancing our brand visibility, attracting high-net-worth clients, and promoting our luxury properties through innovative campaigns. You will be responsible for designing and executing marketing plans that reflect the elegance and sophistication of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive lead generation, sales, and brand recognition.

Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and influencer collaborations.

Create compelling marketing content, including brochures, videos, press releases, and presentations, tailored to luxury clientele.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine marketing strategies for maximum impact.

Collaborate with sales and design teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms and marketing materials.

Oversee website optimization and digital presence, ensuring an engaging and seamless user experience.

Plan and execute exclusive client events, property launches, and networking activities to attract investors.

Manage marketing budgets effectively to achieve high ROI.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

3+ years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in luxury real estate or high-end hospitality.

Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and trends.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, etc.).

Exceptional communication, creativity, and analytical skills.

Ability to build relationships with HNWIs and industry influencers.

Results-oriented mindset with a passion for excellence.
