Duties:

• Movement of goods from the warehouse to the farm.
• Trimming of plants.
• Sowing new plants as per the schedule.
• Provide daily care to plants to ensure healthy growth.
• Harvest microgreens, edible flowers, and other products.
• Keep the farm clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Check and manage consumable stock levels.
• Take over the supervisor’s duties when absent.

Requirements:

• High in flexibility, adaptability, and taking responsibility.
• Special education and experience working with plants are not mandatory but will be an advantage.
