We are seeking a Driver & Dispatch Operator who shares our values and passion for delivering exceptional service. This is a hybrid role for someone who enjoys being on the road, but also thrives in an organized, team-driven environment.

The ideal candidate:

• Is professional, dependable, and dedicated to their work
• Is friendly and approachable, representing YALA’s values with every delivery
• Is fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus)
• Holds a valid UAE manual driver’s license (mandatory) and has experience driving vans
• Has a clean driving record
• Is punctual and respects delivery schedules
• Pays attention to detail and ensures proper handling of kombucha products
• Has basic knowledge of documentation, inventory, or logistics systems
• Is organized and able to assist with dispatch planning and administrative support
• Is flexible and adaptable to changes in delivery routes, schedules, and ad hoc requirements
• Understands the importance of customer service and client satisfaction

Job Duties

As a YALA Driver & Dispatch Operator your responsibilities will include:

• Safely delivering kombucha products to clients, including hotels, restaurants, and event venues
• Packing and preparing daily delivery orders with accuracy and care
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle
• Loading and unloading kombucha products carefully to ensure they arrive in perfect condition
• Verifying delivery orders and ensuring accuracy before dispatch
• Supporting with basic dispatch coordination and documentation (e.g., delivery logs, invoices, inventory notes)
• Communicating effectively with the YALA team and clients to ensure seamless operations
• Supporting setup for events or large orders when required
• Handling urgent or last-minute delivery and transportation needs when needed
• Monitoring and maintaining the delivery vehicle’s condition, including regular checks and prompt reporting of any issues
• Upholding HAACP compliance and safety standards during deliveries
• Acting as an ambassador for YALA Kombucha, providing friendly and professional service to all clients
