Store Keeper
Key Responsibilities:
Store Keeping:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring proper storage and stock control.
- Maintain an updated inventory and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Receive, inspect, and store products while ensuring accuracy of the items received.
- Organize and maintain the store, ensuring cleanliness and accessibility of materials.
- Ensure that products are safely stored and properly labeled.
Accounting Duties:
- Assist with daily bookkeeping, including invoicing, bill payments, and transaction records.
- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a store keeper or accountant in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and accounting practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of UAE laws and regulations related to accounting and store management (preferred)
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree related field (preferred).
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Thoes who have accounting knowledge will be added advantage.
