Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee the entire lifecycle of oil and gas plant construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies specifically tailored for multi-million dollar CMEI projects.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to mitigate risks and resolve conflicts swiftly.

Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote a culture of safety.

Manage stakeholder communications effectively, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and achievements to key stakeholders.

Facilitate contract negotiations and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure optimal performance and cost control.

Utilize advanced project management software and tools for tracking progress, managing budgets, and forecasting project outcomes.

Implement change management processes to handle project scope changes while minimizing disruptions and maintaining project integrity.

Analyze project performance metrics and deliver comprehensive reports to senior management for informed decision-making.

Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,Mechancial, Project Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.

Minimum of 18 years of experience in project management within the oil and gas sector, with a focus on plant construction.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly preferred to demonstrate project management expertise.

Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar CMEI projects successfully from concept through completion.

Strong understanding of industry standards, regulations, and best practices specific to oil and gas construction.

Experience with advanced project management software tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project for efficient project
