Sales Executive

Job Description:

As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential clients for our events and exhibitions. You will be responsible for effectively communicating the value propositions of our events, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our upcoming events and exhibitions.
  • Identify decision-makers within target organizations and establish rapport to understand their needs and interests.
  • Communicate the unique selling points and benefits of participating in our events, highlighting how they align with the potential client’s objectives.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other sources to nurture relationships and convert prospects into customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing and prospective clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telesales or outbound sales, preferably in the events, exhibitions, or related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of closing sales and achieving targets.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
