Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Campaign Management

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads.
  • Design and execute lead-nurturing campaigns through various online and offline channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.

2. Content Creation

  • Plan, manage, and execute video content creation, including scripting, shooting, and editing.
  • Create compelling visual and written content for social media, email campaigns, and digital ads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align content with business goals.

3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Conduct keyword research and implement best practices to improve website ranking and visibility.
  • Optimize web content, landing pages, and blogs for search engines.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.

4. Website Development & Management

  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the company website.
  • Ensure the website is user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and optimized for lead conversion.
  • Regularly update website content to reflect the latest property listings and market trends.

5. Brand Building & Strategy

  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing platforms.
  • Identify market trends and competitor strategies to position DSX Properties as a leader in the industry.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective resource allocation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role in the real estate
  • Proven track record in lead generation and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in video production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
  • Strong understanding of SEO tools and techniques.
  • Experience with website platforms such as WordPress, Wix, or Shopify.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
