Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Floor Manager to lead and manage our high-performance telesales team focused on Forex, Commodities, and CFD products in the US and global markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing telesales operations, driving revenue through lead conversion, and motivating teams in a fast-paced trading environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the telesales floor, ensuring optimal team performance and daily KPIs.
  • Develop strategies to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition for Forex & CFD products.
  • Train, mentor, and coach telesales executives to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Monitor live calls and provide real-time feedback to ensure high standards of communication and compliance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, compliance, and operations teams to streamline client onboarding.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and performance dashboards.
  • Ensure adherence to international regulatory standards and internal quality policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in telesales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the Forex/CFD/Commodities sector.
  • Strong knowledge of trading platforms and financial markets (MT4/MT5 preferred).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight targets.
  • Fluency in English; other languages (Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog, etc.) are an advantage.
