We are looking for a dynamic and detail-driven Accountant Specialist to lead the recruitment process for accounting roles, especially those focused on Accounts Receivable, finance, and general ledger operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible not only for attracting qualified talent but also for reconsulting with potential candidates to ensure a strong fit.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the finance team to identify hiring needs for accounting roles (e.g., Accounts Receivable Specialists, General Accountants, etc.).
- Draft and publish job descriptions tailored to specific finance functions, including receivables, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates with strong accounting knowledge and experience in receivables management.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ understanding of key accounting tasks (e.g., invoice processing, payment follow-ups, account reconciliation).
- Manage candidate pipelines and reconsult with previously screened candidates for new or upcoming openings.
- Coordinate interviews with the finance department and gather structured feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate progress and hiring metrics.
- Assist in the offer and onboarding process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Stay current on finance industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
