Habico Properties is a fast-growing real estate company based in Business Bay, Dubai. We’re known for our customer-focused service, strong industry relationships, and a diverse property portfolio including both off-plan and secondary market listings. We’re currently seeking a motivated and experienced Head of Sales to lead our dynamic sales team.

Job Summary:
As Head of Sales, you’ll oversee our sales operations, lead a team of agents, and play a key role in expanding our footprint in the Dubai real estate market. This is a leadership opportunity for someone with proven sales success and a desire to grow with a forward-thinking company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing real estate sales team
  • Oversee off-plan and secondary market sales
  • Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals
  • Train, mentor, and onboard new agents
  • Maintain strong client and developer relationships
  • Monitor team KPIs and generate performance reports
  • Ensure compliance with all RERA and real estate regulations
  • Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of Dubai’s real estate market
  • Experience handling both off-plan and secondary property transactions
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive, team-driven mindset
