Customer Service Agent

The Role
The Customer Service Agent/Representative functions as the ‘face’ of Minimalist to customers and ensures that customer queries and concerns are solved in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Complaint management (receive complaints through phone or in writing, resolve complaints where possible, otherwise escalate complaints to relevant department and/or management).
  • Customer care (Answering queries and questions of customers, following up on shipments, updating customers accordingly).
  • Abandoned cart sales (Calling customers who have not completed their purchase, enquiring about possible reasons, convincing customers to purchase).
  • Inbound sales (Calling customers who have started but not completed their purchase, enquiring about possible reasons, finalizing purchase).
  • At least 1, ideally 2+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Representation, ideally in a startup or eCommerce company.
  • Experience with Social Media, WhatsApp, Monday.com and other relevant communication and customer ticketing tools.
  • Ideally a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal & written) in Khaleeji Arabic.
  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal & written) in English.
