We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Room Attendant – Self Checker to join our housekeeping team. This hybrid role involves performing standard cleaning duties while also conducting a final self-inspection to ensure rooms meet the highest cleanliness and presentation standards before guest check-in.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms and common areas according to company standards.
  • Replenish room amenities, linen, and consumables as required.
  • Perform a final quality check of cleaned rooms using a self-inspection checklist.
  • Identify and report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly.
  • Ensure rooms are guest-ready and meet health, safety, and aesthetic standards.
  • Take photos (if required) for internal verification and guest check-in apps.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding completed rooms and any challenges faced.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar housekeeping role.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and organized.
  • Basic knowledge of mobile apps or checklists (for self-inspection).
  • Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate loads.
  • Good communication skills (English preferred; additional languages are a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hotels, holiday homes, or serviced apartments.
  • Experience using self-checker tools, apps, or digital housekeeping systems.
