Duties & Responsibilities
- Sourcing: selecting the right profiles for the recruitment need
- Conduct telephone interviews with candidates
- Prepare the integration of new recruits
- Create and document individual employee files
- Prepare and verify payroll
- Process social declarations
- Maintain social dashboards: absenteeism, leave, etc.
- Managing employee departures
- Take care of internal communication
- Prepare administrative documents requested by employees
- Ensure compliance with legal obligations related to personnel management
Job Experience
- Student in HR / Management / Work Psychology training or equivalent
- Organized, rigorous and with good interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with computer tools.
- Curious and motivated to learn within a close-knit team
