Duties & Responsibilities

  • Sourcing: selecting the right profiles for the recruitment need
  • Conduct telephone interviews with candidates
  • Prepare the integration of new recruits
  • Create and document individual employee files
  • Prepare and verify payroll
  • Process social declarations
  • Maintain social dashboards: absenteeism, leave, etc.
  • Managing employee departures
  • Take care of internal communication
  • Prepare administrative documents requested by employees
  • Ensure compliance with legal obligations related to personnel management

Job Experience

  • Student in HR / Management / Work Psychology training or equivalent
  • Organized, rigorous and with good interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with computer tools.
  • Curious and motivated to learn within a close-knit team
