Zahr Freighters is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive to manage and support various human resources functions at our Dubai office. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys working with people and is passionate about building a productive, engaged, and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
- Manage payroll inputs and liaise with the accounts team for timely salary disbursement.
- Support performance management processes and annual appraisals.
- Assist with the implementation of HR initiatives and company-wide engagement activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
