Responsibilities:

  • Administrative tasks: maintaining the organization charts, coordinating recruitment activities, organizing Crew meetings and Team events, maintain and update employee registers, schedule meetings, drafting memos/communications, greet and assist visitors/new employees warmly, etc,
  • Project coordination tasks: prepare department weekly/monthly reports, develop and update Policy/Plans/Procedures/Forms/Process Maps, prepare presentations, analyze data and prepare associated reports, take minutes of meetings and monitor tasks progress as well as projects’ progress, etc.
  • The candidate shall handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Saudi National.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic.
  • Good command of Excel
  • Proficient with Powerpoint
