Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Executive with strong experience in B2B corporate sales, particularly in banking solutions and testing services. The ideal candidate will be skilled in identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals using a consultative sales approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand client needs
- Focus on B2B corporate sales
- Actively generate leads through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations on products and services
- Maintain regular sales reports and track financial performance
- Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences
- Handle negotiations, close deals, and address client concerns
- Collaborate closely with team members to achieve sales targets
- Manage intranet and website content related to products
- Coordinate invoicing and collections between clients and the back-office
- Be open to travel and relocation as per business needs
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2–5 years of proven experience in software sales, especially in banking solutions
- Strong understanding of software product and service sales
- Knowledge or experience in selling chatbots and test automation solutions is preferred
- Familiarity with banking domains is a strong advantage
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and a fast learner
- Excellent command of MS Office tools
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
