Sales Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a results-oriented and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in acoustic solutions and architectural project sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, client management, and project-based sales within the UAE construction or design industry. This role requires regular field visits, so a valid UAE Driver’s License is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales function for acoustic and architectural products across the UAE.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, client networking, and project tracking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.
  • Oversee the preparation of technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams.
  • Conduct client presentations, site visits, and participate in tender submissions.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, materials, and competitors.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in acoustic solutions or architectural/interior fit-out products in the UAE.
  • Valid UAE Driver’s License is essential.
  • Strong network within the architecture, design, and construction sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage sales cycles from lead generation to closing.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead sales initiatives.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with acoustics, partitions, wall/ceiling solutions, or related architectural products.
  • Understanding of BOQs, tender documentation, and project specifications.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
