Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations at our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preventive and corrective maintenance, with proven UAE experience in managing electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and kitchen equipment systems. You will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities and equipment are in optimal working condition to support uninterrupted restaurant operations and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
• Lead maintenance team and coordinate with contractors
• Handle emergencies and minimize downtime
• Maintain maintenance logs and control cost

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of UAE experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of building and kitchen equipment systems
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
