We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Cost Control Manager – Civil to oversee cost planning, budgeting, and financial monitoring across our civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost engineering within the contracting industry and a deep understanding of project financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cost control operations for civil construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows.
  • Monitor project expenditures, cost trends, and financial risks.
  • Provide cost reports and analysis to management and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with project managers, procurement, and finance departments.
  • Ensure all cost control processes align with contractual and company standards.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in cost control roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proven experience in large-scale civil projects with a reputable contracting company.
  • Proficiency in cost management software (e.g., Primavera, ERP systems, MS Excel).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of regional market trends, pricing, and regulations.
