A. Purpose and ScopeResponsible for service delivery, in house sales and optimal productivity of the Beauty Department under the general guidance and supervision of the Beauty Head/Center Head. Focus on beauty treatments and services as per hygiene, safety, SOPs whilst leading to excellent service delivery and quality executions.

B. Responsibilities and Duties

·To ensure that execution and regular beauty services is 100% as per VLCC Protocol

·To be responsible to render services in specialized skin, hair and B line treatments.

·To be responsible for rendering services like eyebrow, threading, waxing, bleaching as per VLCC Protocol

·To render makeup services for clients for special occasions such as engagements, marriage, events etc.

·To be proficient in recognizing skin / hair conditions related problems or any concerns and refer clients to respective experts at

·the center such as Beauty head.

·To ensure client’s requirements are understood thoroughly before performing the services

·To ensure correct guidance is provided on skin care and soft sell appropriate beauty packages, belle wave & VLPC products

·To offer cross selling & recommend VLPC products & other category services

·Arrange client appointments in consultation with Beauty head and CCE.

·To ensure accuracy and completeness of appointment planners

·In co-ordination with other Beauticians, handle instruments / equipment carefully and judiciously

·To make sure tools and equipment are disinfect and sterilize after every session as per VLCC SOPs

· Always ensure general upkeep of the work area

·Ensure documentation of Beauty related services are maintained accurately
