Full job description

We are seeking a dynamic and organized HR Coordinator / Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This role is responsible for supporting various HR functions with a strong focus on recruitment, onboarding, and employee coordination. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about connecting great talent with exciting career opportunities.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Post job ads on various job portals and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Onboarding & Offboarding:

  • Prepare onboarding documents and coordinate new hire orientation.
  • Ensure smooth joining processes and assist with employee induction.
  • Handle exit interviews and offboarding documentation.

HR Coordination & Support:

  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR files are up to date.
  • Assist in HR policy communication and employee engagement activities.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Coordinate with departments for HR needs and scheduling.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
