We are seeking a dynamic and organized HR Coordinator / Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This role is responsible for supporting various HR functions with a strong focus on recruitment, onboarding, and employee coordination. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about connecting great talent with exciting career opportunities.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Post job ads on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Prepare onboarding documents and coordinate new hire orientation.
- Ensure smooth joining processes and assist with employee induction.
- Handle exit interviews and offboarding documentation.
HR Coordination & Support:
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR files are up to date.
- Assist in HR policy communication and employee engagement activities.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Coordinate with departments for HR needs and scheduling.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
