Job Summary:

Joseph Advertisers is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Printing Operator with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating printing machines efficiently, ensuring high-quality output, and meeting production deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate large format digital printing machines.
• Prepare and load materials for printing jobs.
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of printing equipment.
• Inspect printed materials for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Collaborate with the design and production team to meet project specifications.
• Maintain inventory of printing supplies and report shortages.
• Follow company procedures and safety protocols during operations.
• Troubleshoot minor printing issues and escalate technical problems when needed.
• Ensure timely delivery of printing jobs as per schedule.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital or offset printing.
• Experience with different types of printing materials and substrates.
• Good understanding of color calibration and finishing techniques.
• Basic knowledge of design files and formats (PDF, EPS, etc.)
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
• Physically fit to handle material loading/unloading.
