As we continue to grow, we are urgently looking for a dedicated Sanding Helper to join our production team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in the finishing and painting process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with sanding and smoothing surfaces using hand and power tools
• Remove surface imperfections, old paint, and rough spots
• Prepare materials for painting, staining, or other finishing tasks
• Support painters, carpenters, and production staff to meet project deadlines
• Perform touch-ups and inspect work for quality and consistency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE
• Ensure surfaces are properly prepped for the next stage of finishing

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of sanding tools and finishing methods
• Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the role
• Ability to take direction and work collaboratively with the team
• Strong attention to detail and focus on delivering quality work
• Physically fit and capable of handling labor-intensive tasks
