We are looking for an established Estimator/ QS to join our growing team at the Palm Living Group. We need a motivated and experienced Estimator to assist in all pricing quotations for our manufacturing and fit out quotations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on drawings and specifications
• Estimate material, labor, and subcontractor costs
• Review and compare quotations from suppliers/subcontractors
• Assist with pricing strategies and tender submissions
• Conduct site visits for measurement verification (if required)
• Support the project team with estimation-related queries
• Negotiate best prices with vendor’s/suppliers and track deliveries
• Create pricing matrix for furniture and build in works
• Ensure Company margins are in line with targets set
• Work with sales team to create quotations

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out estimation
• Strong knowledge of joinery, MEP, civil, and finishing works
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in mathematics, statistics and data analysis
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Report writing and strategic planning skills
• Familiarity with analyzing requirement data to develop material and cost estimates for large projects
• Expertise with analytic tools, such as spreadsheets and database managers
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional time management skills
