Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle employee relations, address grievances, and provide support where necessary.
  • Prepare HR reports related to staff performance, attendance, and turnover.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably within the IT sector.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, UAE labor law, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
