We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Interior Design Engineer – Team Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design with leadership capabilities to manage and guide a team of designers across multiple projects.

Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the interior design team to deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and client requirements effectively.
• Review and approve design concepts, drawings, and material selections.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain design standards and ensure adherence to project budgets and deadlines.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior designers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite, etc.).
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Previous experience working in the UAE is highly preferred.
