Join Our Team as Head Waitress at Silly Flakes!

(Valid UAE Driving License Required)

Are you an experienced professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating joyful experiences? Silly Flakes is looking for a Head Waitress to lead our fun-filled ice cream truck operations across Dubai’s top communities!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the daily operations of the ice cream truck with energy, responsibility, and care.
• Serve our delicious soft-serve ice cream and ensure every customer leaves with a smile.
• Manage customer interactions, ensuring a friendly, playful, and professional atmosphere.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and oversee cash control procedures.
• Maintain the truck’s cleanliness, organization, and operational standards at all times.
• Train, support, and supervise junior staff when needed.
• Drive the ice cream truck (manual transmission) safely to and from locations.

Who You Are:

• 5–10 years’ experience in F&B, hospitality, or customer service roles.
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Energetic, cheerful, and passionate about working with families and children.
• Highly responsible, organized, and quick on your feet.
• Strong cash handling and basic accounting skills.
• Valid UAE driving license (manual transmission essential).
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
