Job Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for elevators and escalators.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the elevators/escalators or facilities management industry.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
- Familiarity with the UAE market is a plus.
