Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Bilingual Marketing Salesperson. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our products and services to a diverse customer base. Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential for effective communication with our target market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to generate leads and drive sales.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential customers, both in person and through online platforms.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our brand.
• Provide feedback and insights to the management team on customer preferences, market trends, and product improvements.

Requirements:

• Fluency in both English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Proven track record in sales, with a strong ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Experience in marketing and promoting products or services is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
