Role Description

The E-Commerce Associate will be responsible for managing online product listings, processing orders, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities:

Order Management

– Process incoming online orders accurately and efficiently.

– Monitor and manage order statuses, including tracking shipments and handling returns or exchanges.

– Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery.

Customer Service

– Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a professional and timely manner.

– Assist with order-related issues, including troubleshooting problems and providing solutions.

– Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.

Platform Maintenance

– Update and maintain product listings, including descriptions, prices, and stock levels.

– Ensure that website functionality is optimal, reporting any technical issues to the IT department.

Sales and Promotion:

– Assist in the execution of online promotions, sales campaigns, and special events.

– Monitor sales trends and customer feedback to suggest improvements or new opportunities.

Reporting and Analysis

– Generate reports on order volumes, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics.

– Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.

Team Collaboration

– Work closely with other departments, including marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure cohesive operations.

– Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information technology or related field is required.
  • E-commerce Operations, Online Merchandising, and Order Processing skills
  • Experience in coordinating with vendors and managing inventory
  • Knowledge of online marketing strategies and customer behavior analysis
  • (02-03) Years of experience in e-commerce platform’s, retail, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
