Project Manager 

  • Oversee all aspects of the project (business, technical, fiscal, administrative).
  • Forecast project revenue, costs, and profit, and manage the budget.
  • Handle invoicing, billing, accounts receivable, and payable.
  • Develop and manage project plans (including safety and quality assurance).
  • Assign responsibilities to team members and monitor project deliverables.
  • Negotiate scope changes with clients and subcontractors.
  • Secure additional work and maintain client relationships.
  • Support staff career development and training needs.
  • Ensure employee performance management (recognition and discipline).
  • Represent the company at conferences and industry events.
  • Collaborate on project budgets, schedules, and plans.
  • Address cost overruns, delays, and changes in scope.
  • Promote quality and technical excellence throughout the project.
  • Monitor project progress and report to management.
  • Participate in client negotiations, proposals, and presentations.
  • Identify business development opportunities and stay updated on key clients’ project pipelines.
  • Bachelors Degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in Project Management.
  • Experience in delivering master planning and infrastructure design projects.
  • Ability to meet Parsons’ project management certification requirements.
  • Effective leadership skills with ability to perform in a management capacity.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills in English.
  • Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations (in delivery of Infrastructure Projects).
  • Knowledge of current technology and how it can be effectively utilized on projects.
  • Demonstrable experience of liaison and coordination with UAE governmental departments and design approving authorities is highly desirable.
