- Oversee all aspects of the project (business, technical, fiscal, administrative).
- Forecast project revenue, costs, and profit, and manage the budget.
- Handle invoicing, billing, accounts receivable, and payable.
- Develop and manage project plans (including safety and quality assurance).
- Assign responsibilities to team members and monitor project deliverables.
- Negotiate scope changes with clients and subcontractors.
- Secure additional work and maintain client relationships.
- Support staff career development and training needs.
- Ensure employee performance management (recognition and discipline).
- Represent the company at conferences and industry events.
- Collaborate on project budgets, schedules, and plans.
- Address cost overruns, delays, and changes in scope.
- Promote quality and technical excellence throughout the project.
- Monitor project progress and report to management.
- Participate in client negotiations, proposals, and presentations.
- Identify business development opportunities and stay updated on key clients’ project pipelines.
- Bachelors Degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in Project Management.
- Experience in delivering master planning and infrastructure design projects.
- Ability to meet Parsons’ project management certification requirements.
- Effective leadership skills with ability to perform in a management capacity.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills in English.
- Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations (in delivery of Infrastructure Projects).
- Knowledge of current technology and how it can be effectively utilized on projects.
- Demonstrable experience of liaison and coordination with UAE governmental departments and design approving authorities is highly desirable.
