Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems, assisting with network problems, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responding to support inquiries in a short time

Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software faults

Documenting employee inquiries and tracking faults

Analyzing call logs to identify recurring faults

Testing and evaluating new technologies

Updating self-help documents for users

Escalating complex faults to senior technicians

Job Profile

Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other technology products
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical faults
Good written and oral communication skills
High service awareness and customer relations
Ability to work in a team
Experience in remote support – an advantage
Familiarity with office automation products and databases – an advantage
