Job Description

  • Providing ongoing responses to the needs of employees and managers
  • Planning and execution of annual welfare activities
  • Operating the organizational training system and regulatory training, including documentation and data entry into systems
  • Responsibility for budgetary control of the Human Resources Department and designated projects
  • Handling purchase orders, suppliers and invoices
  • Implementation and operation of an annual work plan
  • Managing ongoing contact and providing solutions to the retiree population
  • Ongoing work with internal organizational interfaces and external parties

Producing monthly reports, processing and analyzing various employee information and data from human resources systems

Job Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management
  • Previous experience in the field of human resources in an organization – required
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, including teamwork ability
  • Experience working in SAP system – a significant advantage
  • High level of computer skills and Excel skills
