- Subcontractor management – work plan control, forecasts, management, data analysis/reports
- Inventory management – front warehouses at subcontractors
- Management of activities with subcontractors
- NPI, monitoring project progress and adherence to schedule, availability to provide solutions to problems
- Managing forecasts and setting strategic goals in contractor management
- Ongoing management with the organization’s departments: engineering, purchasing, quality, and warehouses – external and internal
- Dealing with suppliers/customers in Israel and abroad
Job Profile
- Relevant bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in project/program management in a subcontracting company in the electronics field
- Understanding and experience in matrix management
- Experience in Priority ERP
