- Establish invoices and ensure their compliance;
- Assist the management manager in monitoring outstanding amounts, preparing and feeding reporting elements;
- Monitor billing plans and ensure deadlines are met.
- Identify and report any suggestions to improve profitability and monitoring of customer receivables;
- Ensure smooth communication with teams;
- Relay any important information or difficulties encountered to the manager.
Job Profile
- Graduate Holder
- You ideally have initial experience in a similar role;
- You are proficient in the Office 365 suite
