  • Establish invoices and ensure their compliance;
  • Assist the management manager in monitoring outstanding amounts, preparing and feeding reporting elements;
  • Monitor billing plans and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Identify and report any suggestions to improve profitability and monitoring of customer receivables;
  • Ensure smooth communication with teams;
  • Relay any important information or difficulties encountered to the manager.

Job Profile

  • Graduate Holder
  • You ideally have initial experience in a similar role;
  • You are proficient in the Office 365 suite
