Back Office Operations

· Support for sales and finance staff in all operational and logistical aspects of the sales process

· Operational handling of orders throughout all stages, from opening the order to delivery to the customer

· Monitoring projects and tasks in the field of sales to existing customers

· Preparing and analyzing reports and information regarding sales processes, sales results and upgrades

· Financial support in everything related to sales (opening a supplier, orders, collection reports, etc.)

· Providing customers with answers regarding price quotes, order updates, payment management and collection

Job Profile

• English writing and reading required!

• Previous experience in a similar position – an advantage.

• Proficiency in Excel and PP software

• Familiarity with CRM systems (Dynamics is an advantage)

• Good written and oral communication skills
