FACILITY MANAGEMENT

 Monitor and manage the progress of the order and the related shift schedule of the staff in force;

– Replenishment and ordering of various consumables;

– Manage, organize and optimize the operational activities of the customers followed;

– Verify the optimal performance of activities and ensure maximum quality and customer satisfaction;

– Monitor, select and train resources to carry out activities;

– Maintain customer relationships and seize any opportunities for business expansion;

– Coordinate staff and manage work shifts;

– Ensure constant availability and availability to support customer needs and resolve operational issues.

Job Profile

Previous experience in Facility;
– Proven experience in managing cleaning staff;
– Excellent ability to manage human resources and budgets related to the projects followed;
– Excellent standing and interpersonal skills, such as to allow representing the company in institutional and high-level contexts;
– Great flexibility, passion and dedication for the work performed and for the specific sector.
