- Perform the reception, unloading, control, and delivery of materials. Inspect and check materials upon receipt according to material-specific procedures. Evaluate products and, in the event of damage and/or inconsistencies, reject the material and notify the supplier, warehouse manager, and responsible buyer.
- Participate daily in TIER meetings of the maintenance and client areas, in order to verify the necessary support and follow up on the actions under the responsibility of the area;
- Verify the invoice against the purchase order and, if necessary, against the requisition upon receipt and inform those responsible of any discrepancies between the physical and the description in any of the documents.
- Store and identify materials after physical verification against documentation. Ensure adequate storage conditions to maintain their integrity until the asset is used by the user. Maintain the physical structure to meet the needs of the existing levels and types of materials, ensuring proper storage, identification, and addressing of items.
