Front Desk Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day front desk operations including check-in/out, reservations, and guest services
  • Supervise, train, and support front office staff
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care
  • Ensure compliance with hotel standards, procedures, and service quality

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working in a hotel managing front desk and hotel operations is mandatory
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of PMS systems and hotel operations
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a guest-first attitude
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
