Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Photographer to join our team. This dual role involves producing high-quality visual content that enhances our brand across digital and print media. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, expertise in photography, and the ability to bring concepts to life through compelling visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create visually appealing graphics for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and print materials.
• Plan and execute product, lifestyle, and apartment photoshoots.
• Edit and retouch photos to meet brand standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate ideas into visual assets.
• Design promotional materials, advertisements, banners, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all designs and images.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage and organize digital asset libraries (photos, graphics, and design files).

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design and photography.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work and photography.
• Excellent photo editing and retouching skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of video editing is a plus.
