Job Summary:

The graphic designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling and effective designs across various platforms, including digital, print, and social media. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual content for a variety of mediums, including websites, social media, marketing materials, presentations, and print collateral.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all marketing materials and platforms.
• Concept Development: Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to conceptualize and execute creative design solutions that align with project goals.
• Feedback and Revisions: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs to meet project objectives and deadlines.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with current design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our designs are fresh and relevant.
• File Management: Prepare and manage design files for production, ensuring they are properly formatted and meet all technical specifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design capabilities.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and effective designs.
