Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Present menus, provide recommendations, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring high standards of service.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and promotions.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Set up and clear tables efficiently before and after service.
• Process payments and handle cash or card transactions accurately.
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards in the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience.
