Front Office Supervisor

Your Day to Day

As the Front Office Supervisor for our Residences, you will be at the forefront of delivering a seamless and luxurious experience for our distinguished residents. You will oversee the daily operations of the front office, manage a team of front desk associates, and ensure that every aspect of our service meets the high standards expected by our elite clientele.

You will also be responsible to:

  • Act as a key point of contact for residents, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and empathy. Handle any issues or complaints with a proactive approach to achieve resolution
  • Oversee the smooth operation of front desk activities, including check-ins, check-outs, and billing procedures. Ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures
  • Anticipate and exceed the expectations of our residents by delivering personalized and attentive service. Create memorable experiences through attention to detail and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments, including housekeeping, concierge, and maintenance, to ensure the seamless operation of the Residences facility
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on front office performance, guest feedback, and operational issues

What We Need From You

Ideally, you’ll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Front Office Supervisor or in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort environment
  • Proficiency in front office systems and software
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service
  • Previous experience in a luxury residential facility or high-end hospitality environment is highly desirable
